The third Annual Ontario Natural Food Co-op (ONFC) table top show (August 10 and 11) promises a little of everything for retailers. “This year we will be having 80 vendors, a high-end tent, live entertainment, great giveaways, delicious organic food, tons of samples, new vendors and new products,” says ONFC’s Jesse Rayos. “And of course we will have big deals for retailers. It will be tons of fun.”

This November, I stepped out of my comfort zone for a very important cause. I'm not usually the type to sport any facial hair, but for the month of what is now globally known as "Movember," I decided to put my heart on my sleeve and grow a symbol of solidarity against threats to men's health.... in the middle of my face. I successfully grew and endured a formidable "trucker-stache" with the support (and teasing, with fun poked at my apparent resemblance to Hulk Hogan) of my team; Genuine Health raised over $18,000. My mo' has been fun and annoying, and it definitely isn't my regular style, but I believe 100 per cent in the style in which Movember stimulates action and awareness.
